Target recently announced its next designer collaboration being 3.1 Philip Lim set to release on September 15 (only three days after its fashion show in New York) . The sketches reveal that the capsule collection will comprise more than 100 pieces of both womens and menswear including t-shirts as well as gowns and coats. Prices will range between $20 and $300, of which the more pricey ones are leather jackets and leather bags.
The collaboration marks Philip Lim’s first production for the masses. He tells in the video below that the thing about this collaboration that interested him was “making it a wardrobe for the modern-day citizen with their multifaceted multitextural lives that happen to be always on the go. It ranges from a t-shirt to a gown to a carry-on bag.”
